• Applicable taxes (GST) will be charged as per prevailing government rates.

Supply and delivery timelines shared during the quotation stage are indicative estimates and may vary depending on:

While we strive to complete every order on schedule, the Company shall not be held liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shriji Solar Industries supplies products that carry manufacturer warranties as detailed below:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@shrijisolar.com. The refund policy is as follows:

• Before material procurement: Full refund minus 10% administrative charges.
• After material procurement, before dispatch: 50% of the advance is refundable.
• After dispatch of materials: No refund is applicable.
• Custom-configured kits: Non-refundable once order has been placed with the manufacturer.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15 working days of approval via the original payment method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the supply services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.

Shriji Solar Industries reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated "Last Updated" date.
